Our trip to the UNC Botanical Gardens was canceled due to the possibility of high winds, but our disappointment was eased when Ms. Paula came to us, to cook, instead! What could be better?!
Under her expert guidance, the children created Scuffins (scones in the shape of a muffin) better still... no frosting here! A tasty glaze with edible flowers on top! Whaaaat??? So good!
