This week we began our study of apples. We have been polishing apples and learning about the life cycle of an apple.
We have also opened our Map of the World and discovered the two hemispheres by cutting our globe in half. Singing our Continents Song we have been learning the names of the continent: "North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, don't forget Australia, don't forget Antartica."
Finally, on the playground the children had a blast making a "Hot Dog Cart" that turned into a "Hot Dog House." The hot dogs took a long time to prepare, but they had a great time working together in the woods.
