Signs of spring are all around us and what welcome signs they are!
This week we began our study of biomes and our study of Dolly Parton. For botany, the children went on a "bulb hunt" to see where the bulbs they planted last year are starting to sprout up. They also learned the parts of the bulb and did a bulb dissection. In geometry, some students worked with the blue triangle box to create quadrilaterals and other began their study of the triangle.
We celebrated Michael's 7th birthday with a sun celebration and a balloon pop on Friday! Happy Birthday Michael!
Our Science Fair is coming up on Thursday March 18 so please make sure your children have time to finish their projects (if they haven't already done so) in the coming days.
