It seems like yesterday that we were discussing the inauguration and suddenly we are reading about Groundhog Day!
Now Punxsutawney Phil may well have seen his shadow on Tuesday morning and it certainly felt more like six weeks of winter then, but today if felt wonderfully spring like! We celebrate these days as gifts when they come and look forward to many more of them.
Since we were reading about the groundhog seeing his shadow, it led us into finding out what makes a shadow? So if you see the children making shadows on the wall at night, you know why!
This weekend would be a good time for the children to work on their valentines if they choose to do them. Please ensure if they are bringing them in that they have one for each child (16) total and that they are not individually addressed. They will pass them out on Friday the 12th.
Looking forward to chatting with everyone soon about your child and their progress so far. If you have not yet signed up for a conference, please do so over the weekend.
Hope everyone enjoys the weekend!
Our best.
The primary team.
