In honor of the Lunar New Year, upper elementary students worked in pairs to research this special time of year. They explored the history, traditions and symbolism associated with the Year of the Snake. They complimented their research with beautiful illustrations. They enjoyed mandarins as a wish for good luck and health in the new year. We hope you can stop by our classroom this Friday for Curriculum Day to check out their work.
